1.     What shall I do to register?

  You need to apply for registration on our website Register, accept Terms and Conditions fill out the Questionnaire and send it to us, attach scanned copies of pages of the passport and your photos (portrait and full-length) through form or in Skype.

2.    What for do I need to load my passport details?

To identify you during the interview  (by Skype or personal) and confirm your marital status. We must be sure that you are more than 21 years (for men) and 18 (for ladies), that you are one who have applied for registration in our studio (you are real) and check your marital status.

3.    Whose contact should I write in the line “Cell phone number of contact person”?

Enter phone of any person with whom we can contact in case of lack of communication with you. This can be a relative or friend.

4.    If I have no relatives, should I write their data?

No, in this case, you can pass this line. If your parents are dead, you can write dates of death.

5.    What is the difference between lines "hobbies, interests" and "what do you do in your spare time?"

In hobbies and interests, specify classes that you like (work, education, collection, creativity). Separately, select what you usually do in your free time from work (housework, child care, shopping, outdoor recreation, meeting with friends, etc.).

6.     Can I load black-and-white copies of passport pages?

No. We accept colorful scanned copies of passports reversals in original size (not cut, not photographed), and in good quality.

7.    What kind of photos should I take with me on the interview?

You can either upload your photos on the site, attaching them to the questionnaire, or bring to the interview. Better to provide some photos of good quality portrait and a full-length, if you want – attach one photo with your child. Load at least 2 scans of passport and 5 photos of you.

8.    How long should I wait after filling out the Questionnaire online for interview?

After sending us the Questionnaire, we will contact you by phone (Viber, What's Up), email or Skype, within three working days.

9. Is registration on your site free? What should I pay for on your site? How the process is going?

Yes, you can register on our site for free. Registration in database is also free. You pay only for using our Services from the list after personal request. First of all, you need register and fill profile, you can browse our Catalogue and choose ladies you like; we will find out if chosen ladies are interested in you and let you know. You get short introduction of these ladies for free. From this point you can decide if you want use one of our matchmaking packages (including correspondence, Skype-conferences, organization of meeting, travel tips and advices, psychologist counseling etc.); you choose package by your individual choice, including/excluding some of basic services.

10.   If I will change any data from my Questionnaire, should I inform you, and fill the form again?

Yes, in case of any changes of any personal data, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can provide accurate information to our partners and women who are interested in you.
